I have tried clearing the cache simply this is not the solution. The problem has appeared very recently and happens in the aforementioned way when I use dissimilar machines and unlike browsers.

I found out what'south causing this problem.
Apparently the connections that are added between Hotmail and other sites such equally Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin are creates a strain on the contacts database. Yous take to remove those connections for matter to go back to normal.
